Hey guys...I am on the list and was wondering if anyone wants to weigh in and give a little advice! 2010 Lariat 4wd Screw(weekend truck)...I am going to do the Boss coilovers with rear shocks and a block. I have read almost ALL of the posts on the "leveled" thread and I am just trying to get things right. Here is what I have so far:

Method NV wheels 18x9 5.75 backspacing +18 offset( in hand)

Thinking about a Nitto Trail Grappler MT in 295-70-18 34.3 and 11.6 in width. This tire and wheel combo would push the tire out 1.4" further than stock. ( I could go 275-70-18 33.6 11")

I don't mind a little "stick out" .

My dilemma is How to tell Alex what to set the front coilovers and which size rear block to get( don't mind a little rake) that will accommodate the above tire and wheel combo. 2.5 in the front with a 2.5-3" rear block? Maybe 34.3 is too much and I should stay with 33.6.

I have never done this before...so I am a little dazed with all the info and combos available.

Sorry about the long post!

Fudd757 if you want a more stuffed look go with the 295s. If you feel more comfortable with a little play room go with the 275's. Personally don't think you'd be satisfied with the 275's so my vote goes to the 295

My suggestion. Have them set at 2 3/4-3.0" of lift. Put tires/wheels on that you decide on. If you want to lower it...then lower it. It is easier to lower than to raise, both can be done, but easier uncompressing spring. For the back just decide, do I want it level...then get the 2.0" RB, a little rake...get 2.25" RB, more rake 2.5" RB. Simple!

Alex
