So these can be used on a 2015 f 150 without adding resistors, just install the bulb and good to go. Just wanting to make sure.

You can run them without resistors, they won't hyperflash on the exterior of the vehicle, but they will change your dash indicator. We aren't currently running resistors on our 2015 F-150

Would love to purchase a set of these but when I looked on stage3's sight it says 1997-2012. Will these work on my 2013. I'm assuming they would but I figured I'd ask before.

They will work on the 2013-2014 as well, I'll talk to Stage 3 about updating those listings. (They are a great company to work with!)
