I agree that this shouldn't get into a pissing match or whatever. I find it rather distasteful that even admitting that you labeled the wrong company's customer service as bad there was no apology.

Clazzios are NOT Katskinz. However, they never claim to be. A quick google search nets you tons of photos and EVEN video of the covers in our trucks. There's no excuse to not knowing what you're buying. To me, the $1200 price tag of getting Katskinz installed did not seem like a good deal to me with how good these $400 covers look. I'll spend the $800 I saved elsewhere.

I have a problem with my rear seat headrest covers and Spencer has been responsive.

Installing my seat covers now, can anyone help me with how you do the center console lid on an 04-08? Am I suppose to cut the leather to get the plastic latch in place? Thanks

That's a great idea, I may try it as the only thing I dislike is the look of the center console. My seats don't fit nearly as tight but that may be because I did the install by myself, and didn't have anyone to help make them extremely snug. Besides that, I love them! I'll have to go back and tighten them up, thanks for being so helpful.
