Got my covers today and installed the front seats. The backrest of the back is going to be a pain so I am deferring it for the weekend.
Overall, I'm impressed. The quality of the material and craftsmanship seem top notch. The perf leather is awesome. Spencer was great to deal with and always responded quickly.
Installation wasn't difficult but as others have noted, the head rests are the hardest but the trick is to simply take your time and move it down a little bit at a time. It's worth it.
I added the optional seat heaters but instead of sticking them to the stock seats, I flipped 'em over and stuck 'em to the seat covers. We'll see how that works. I realize I may lose some effectiveness through the pad but I didn't want adhesive on my stock seat material. That may backfire if they get hot and the element is actually on the fabric. But I can't imagine they got any hotter than August in Virginia.
The seat heater controls are cheap. I mean, Chinese quality for K-mart cheap. They plug into a cigarette lighter but there are no specs on how much current they draw. I intend to hard wire them and possibly even replace the switch (hi/lo, two sides) with alternate switches and integrate that into my console. It is quite a paradox between the perceived bargain of the seat covers and the perceived cheapness of the seat heaters. $80 for heat is great. But I have low expectations for the heaters. ~$450 for all the seats -- seems pretty darn good.
The web sites says "8-10 weeks" for delivery on custom orders. Mine took 15. Depending on how you look at it, the longer delay actually allowed me to order the seat heaters and install them at the same time. They require a signature upon delivery so make sure you have them delivered somewhere where there are people around all day. This delayed my delivery two additional days for a re-route.

I spent a little bit of time trying to remove the rear seatback only to realize I didn't have to. Oh well, one beer down.
These covers are super nice. Installing the headrests is a super pain. I easily spent more time on the 3 rear headrests and the seat bottom and back. But the results speak for themselves.
I did not install the front center seat/console cover because I "upgraded" mine to a console. I'll save the material in case the next owner wants it but it's all vinyl and doesn't really fit well anyway (unless you do that mod posted on here previously).
Next I'll be re-engineering the seat heater controls.

I wonder if this is a difference between the supercab and supercrew because clearly my supercab has the 3 strips -- which I am happy about. The factory seats (supercab) do have 3 strips.
