There's minimal differences between the two. In fact, Ford has private labeled this cover and is reselling it through their dealerships.

Just wanted to follow up on the purchase I made back in August. I've put some serious miles on the truck the last 3 weeks driving from state to state for work. So far I'm very satisfied with the cover.
