Default Will 35's Rub?

Got an 06 4x4, Just wondering if 35's will rub with a 3" leveling kit.

Backspace on rims is 4.53"
Tires are 315/70R17

Yes 315/70R17 are going to rub with a 3" leveling kit. With some trimming you can run this size tire.

If the wheels are 8 inches wide with a 5 1/2" backspace they won't rub. That's what I'm running. I had them on 9" wide wheels w/ 5 inches of backspacing and they rubbed on the lower wheelwells, even with some trimming. Check out my gallery.

That 9" wheel with 4 1/2 inches of backspacing will stick out 2 1/2 inches more than stock. The more you stick out in the front wheelwells the more chances to rub on the lower wheelwell liners. You will need some trimming and the bodylift to clear in the front.
