They do, here is a kit for 86-96 f150s: http://camburg.com/ford4x4F150-P4x4.html

A lot of people are saying how expensive these kits are... they are right. Kits are pricy. But they work. A lot of shops like camburg race most of their high end LT kits. A lot of the same engineering goes into their less expensive kits. That make me feel better about going romping and driving home in one piece.

Someone mentioned investing in a cage. Thats a great point. If you're really serious about making a dedicated LT truck, a cage is an absolute must, especially if you're going somewhere with a lot of other vehicles too. its a protection for your life, and the investment in your rig.

Tunning the suspension is also super important. I took a lot of rides in a 70K dollar buggy out in the desert that belonged to my father in law. Drove down one of the same roads in my truck as we did in the buggy, and he was shocked how much smoother my 4K dollar truck was than his buggy. Granted thats about the only thing my truck could do better ha ha oh well

One thing to consider is buying a truck that is already set up with long travel suspension. It is a lot cheaper to buy a truck that already has a kit on it. and unless you are planning on keeping your truck forever, you will more than likely loose about half the money you put into your suspension when you go to sell. Out here in southern California, trucks like that are a dime a dozen.

what do they weld it with? just MIG with different wire/ gas mix? or more of a TIG job? im curious
. most are mig welded using argon-co2 mixture gas shielding. but many are tig welded usually on chromolly but works as well of course with mild steel. although the welds using mig can be pieces of art the really awesome welds are done by folks on commercial tig machines and they truly have mad skills. fabricaters in off road racing are second to none and take great pride in what they do... as far as looking and bein' racey, i'm a bit confused. . that's the goal for most of us on here..my prerunner is a badass 2001 lightning with a few bolt on items that prolly puts out 420 horsepower or so with a built 4r100 tranny with an art carr shifter. it's got an h&m lt kit .custom tig welded cage throughout. fox triple by=pass and coil overs in front with the same in the rear hooked up to a custom 4 link .and tubeworks 9 in. rear end . trailer products fiberglass, six baja design 4 inch fuego hid lights, walker evans bead locks,, mastercraft seating,, 50 gallon gas tank [no fuel cells allowed on the street] custom gargo rack mounted on hiems over the spare tire [it's a regular cab. no room for gear at all.without a bed. . it's killer but could it be racier? you bet.
i drive this on the street all the time and i guess since i'm an old guy, i've never been pulled over and the thing looks like a class 8 truck. but it's like what the other so. cal poster said. prerunners are a dime a dozen here and especially here in the san diego east county. the off road fabrication capital of the world [fortin, jimco, matercraft, mirage, fox shox, fiberwerx,etc.. i guess racier might mean trophy truck bedsides. there's no end to it as long as the money holds up.

sorry didnt read the whole thing but heres my .02.

i did alot of research on building a baja/prerunner truck. For the front Camburg all the way with KING Airshocks. it'll make it ride like your on pillows. as for the rear i was going to build a custom 4 link suspension. but that would eliminate the bed being useful. but my total suspension system would be around 5-6K. another 800 for the full widebody fiberglass kit from another company i cant remember. It may be a little cheaper for you but idk. this isnt a cheap suspension mod.
