Where to start
I have a 05 f150 supercab 4 wheel drive with the 4.6 engine. It is my daily driver and I like the pre runner look and want it to handle like one. Where should I start? I live in Mass and it needs to stay street legal

Steps to build a prerunner
-------------------------
Step 1.
*Budget
What ever you think your going to spend get ready to double it!
Step 2.
*Body work
You will need to decide on the body work you want that is required for long travel suspension and larger tires. The body work will need to be done first to allow clearance of your new suspension and tires.
Step 3.
*Long travel Suspension
Find out how much travel you want and pick a company. You will want to do the suspension before buying your wheels and tires, this will make sure you dont have any clearance issues later on.
Step 4.
*Getting ready for wheels
This step can come any time before step 5. your going to want to get new gears front and rear so you have the power to turn your bigger tires. This would also be a good time to think about a few performance mods like:
Cold Air intake
Power chip
Exhaust
Ect...
Step 5.
*Wheel and tires
Now its time to choose the size wheels you want and how much backspacing. Then wrap your new wheels with what ever size and brand tire you want.
**NOTE**
That's as far as I have gone so I cant say whats next but I know the last step is
Last Step.
*The ladies
Super hot woman with barely any clothes will want to take photos with your truck and then go home with you.

**NOTE**
To be honest if I was you this is what I would do.
Just buy some flared front fenders
Pull your bedsides
Buy a mid travel kit for the front
Just do something simple like new Deaver leaf pack and some new shocks in the rear
Get a set of 4.88 gears F/R ,CAI, Power chip
Get some nice wheels with a good amount of back spacing
Get a prerunner bumper
You will have that "Prerunner look" you will not spend a ridiculous amount of money. Plus your truck will fell much better off road.
