Whats the best leveling kit out there for a new 2018?

Im definitely going with shocks.
Currently lokimg into the Bilsteins, Rancho Quick Lifts and Fox 2.0.
Obiously Fox is the best and most expensive.
Bilsteins are the cheapest but require more work to remove the spring and re moint it.
Dont know too much about the QuickLifts yet

I am currently debating the same thing as the OP with my 2017 XLT 4x4 I did order the Rough Country spacers, but now I can't decide on a full lift or just to level the front. My truck will see limited off road use as in dirt roads, driving around fields at my hunt club there are some areas that do require 4 wheel drive or you will get stuck, but I don't go intentionally looking for deep mud holes to drive my truck through. Anyway I thought about the Rough Country 3" leveling kit because it seems to be the only lift kit on the market that you don't have to permanently modify/cut your truck which I am not willing to do.

Hey buddy....
not sayjng everyone here is wrong because they arent. You should be upgrading the suspension...
BUT FROM MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE...
spacers do just fine offroading. This is my second Ford with spacers and I had a Silverado with them as well. Will it be a smooth ride? No. Will it be bouncier than Kate Uptons ****? Yup. I had an upgraded Raptor that can handle bumps at 50mph with ease. Now, with just Nittos and a level, my current truck(17 4x4 xlt) can hand THE SAME EXACT BUMPS at 20mph. Speed is important. Without upgraded suspension components, you must go slow. Secondly, myself and many others believe that for certain types of off-roading, tires and patients go farther then a lift and some shocks.
Short answer:spacers will be just fine as long as you know your limits. But if you got some extra coin laying around then shocks and UCAs will literally allow you to do faster off-roading and not worry about bumps.

I just swapped my spacers out for Halo lift adjustable coilovers, and icon UCA. 100% better ride quality IMO and I dont have to worry about the UCA hitting the coil during decompression.
If I could do it over again I would skip the spacers and just do coilovers from the start.
