manual hubs

Dude, if they made them, I would already have had them. They don't make them. You have to have a stationary axle where wheels turn around it. You know, like the older Fords and broncos have the old warn hubs. On these newer style F-150's, its a different design and there is no stationary axle to fit the hub on. Its all splinned together and the front CV's free turn all the time whether you are in 4WD or not. The F-250s and F-350s you can put manuals on, but from 1997 to present F-150's, you can't. If you find a way, let me know!

on 04 +,the front cv's do not spin all the time if everything is working right, the IWE's at the wheels will unlock the axle shafts when in 2wd, so the shafts do not spin and waste fuel
