yeah but getting all the chrome off will be hard work also

Yes, but putting wheels on that don't look good will be a waste of money. I'd rather spend a bit of time making something look better then throwing money at the problem and hoping it goes away.


IMO your truck would look great if you took all the chrome off and left it but if you do want a set of wheels, I'd go with an all black set. Fuel hostages are nice wheels, I like those and they would likely look great on your truck. If it was mine though, all the chrome would be off in a heartbeat.

It's stuck on with two sided tape and your fender flares if they're the same design as the ones my truck came with have screws on the inside, 3 likely and will come right off. I'd spend my money on dechroming the entire truck it will look much better then simply adding to the mess.

the chrome crap has gotta go if its gonna look good/fresh/current, that stuff is outta date. if after that crap, er i mean chrome comes off if you have to cover an area that was damaged in the removal find something flat black to do so with. as for the red/black wheels prob be nice only if there is no chrome
