I just ordered a rancho 4 inch suspension lift but it dosent come with the shocks. What kind of shocks do i need to get for it? I have a 03 f150 4x4 with a 3 inch body lift on it already and now im going to put the rancho 4 inch suspension lift.

With a Rancho lift, there's a pretty good argument for buying Rancho shocks. For one, you must obviously be comfortable with the brand, and secondly their longer shocks will likely be designed with their own lifts in mind.

Take a look at the RS9000, they are adjustable, and you can get them with remote reservoirs.
