Default Tires

I have a 2wd 2003 Ford F-150 Single Cab step side with the factory 16" wheels and I was wondering what would be the largest mud tire without lifting or leveling or rubbing?

If you use stock wheels you can fit a 285/75/16 on there but it will look stuffed. If you have aftermarket wheels you can run a 265/75/16.

That's what I had on my truck at stock height and it looked good filling the wheel wells but not stuffing them, pushed out a little with aftermarket wheels, and not too big or heavy of a tire to affect driving too much.

Thats a 30.5x9.5" tire. That's pretty small. I would go with atleast a 255/70/16 or it will look funny

I am looking at a 245/75/16 Hankook Dynapro ATM instead of a mud tire. I have a 235/70/16 on the truck now. I figured that the 245/75/16 would look bigger (taller and a tad wider) than what i have now.
