Default suspension travel

hey new to this site hope I am in the right area. I would like to lift my truck a little 2013 f150 xlt 4x4 but mostly gain suspension travel! I hate blocks and pucks. im curious as to if I put larger control arms in the front from camburg can I bolt the raptor suspension in ? and for the rear I cant find anything but blocks to just stuff in there. I don't have a lot of money as I am still paying off my truck and im am mainly looking for options and prices if anyone has websites or knows of any shops that can help me in th York region are or Newmarket area that would be great!
thanks
-Dylan
