Default stock 98 f150 wheels

i have a 98 f150 extended cab and to try and save money i want to paint the stock rims black but i dont know how it would look...if someone could let me know that be great

it will look ok just make sure you sand primer and use a dam good paint or it probably chip pretty quick

thanks and i saw a few pictures on google last night and it doesnt look that bad. should i paint the hub caps also?

if they still look ok i wouldn't bother but if they r flaking just make sure u clean off all old paint and once again use a good paint, if the r plastic u can buy a paint thats specifically for plastics

Just scuff and paint. If you have the chrome wheels, I'd leave the center caps chrome, makes it look a bit more classy, less high school rattle can
