Question Which Single Upgrade Most Improves Offroad Capability?

As the title says. Any one feature, independent of the others, not as a feature in an overall build. I realize this may be too narrow a question for some, but one thing at a time, what's best first?

Opinions and ideas all welcome for discussion.

I knew the poll needed more options.

Really depends on the area you'll be offroading in. For my area it's a winch/meaty tires. Lots of sticky mud when I rains.

I went with a locker, ONLY because for me personally my biggest issue is getting the power to the wheels, being a 2wd. But in all applications it's a great thing to have. Doesn't matter how big your tires are if you can't use them. Although, I would agree with and predict bigger tires will probably win

Definitely tires especially if you get stuck with these crap pirellis on the new trucks. A new tire will make a huge huge difference.

I voted lockers. Even with all the other things, lift a tire at each end and your done!

I put lockers solely because I've been stuck in my truck on 35s and get out and only 1 front and one rear dug down. Next would be winch.
