Any luck with these ? I am having trouble finding where to order anything lower than a 4.10 for a 2011+ F-150. I can find any gear I want for a 2010 and lower but not for the 2011+, was told this is because the splines on the yoke are different. If you did this swap where did you buy the gears?
Thanks in advance
Thanks in advance

Youkon makes them and most off road shops should be able to get them. Rear end is 8.8, price for 4.56 in Louisiana is $2,100 for front and back. I just sold my truck before I did the gear swap.

My rear end is 9.75 my front end is 8.8. I ordered a set of Yukon 4.88s for both front (8.8 reverse cut) and rear (9.75), along with the installation hardware for both, synthetic gear oil, and a 08-10 Flange so itll work on my 2011, because the splines are different. Total cost was $754 plus shipping. Not sure why yours cost so much, must be installed, right? I'll let you know how it goes. I imagine I'll hvae the 35s burnt off pretty quick and be ready for 37s by summer!

2011 is the same diff as a 2010. It has a different yoke, and an electronic locker, which will work with the new gears as well. I bought the 08-10 yoke with the 08-10 gears. To me it makes sense that this will work. There isnt a gear for the 2011+ because the splines are different, but the diff is the same. I hope this works.

I know I couldnt find anything lower than 4.10 for 2011+ either, from anywhere. I talked to East Coast Gear Supply and he said that in theory it should work but can't guarantee it, for the simple reason that he's never done it before. I think I'm the guinea pig for this mod! Hell yea, 4.88s in a 2011 here I come!

Well let us know how it works out. I talked to multiple gear shops and they didn't indicate that there would be a way around it. I hope you're right. Please report back!

Will do. I am way up in the arctic with Santa, so not expecting them to arrive for two weeks plus a weekend to install (or attempt to install lol) .... It makes sense in my head that this will work, and it made sense to East Coast Gear Supply, will let you know how it goes.
