Issue: What are the largest tires that will fit a 2.5in level kit?

35x12.50. Though you might have trouble getting them to fit on stock 18 rims

you can fit up to a 35 inch tire (35inches tallx12.50inches wide) it will fill the whole wheel well. in my opinion with a 2.5 inch leveling kit i'd go with a 33 inch tire just so it doesnt look too overstuffed. 4.5 inches of backspacing and about a +14mm offset will make them stick out perfectly (my opinion of course)!

edit:
really any aftermarket wheel with the "stock" backspacing will stick out a little bit. the 4.5" backspacing will make your tires stick close to half way out

I have a 2.5 inch rough country leveling kit on my 2011 f150 xlt 4x4 riding on the stock tires. It rides awesome. You should fit you to 35X12.50 but nothing bigger than that or you have to trim a little and it also depends on what tire because of the shape of each M/T is different but if you go with those bfg's you should be fine.

I have the rough country 2.5 as well and have the Kelly safari 275/75/r18 and I think they look good on the truck and ride well too.

I have a 2010 f150 4x4 with rough country 2.5 leveling kit in the front and I have 35x12.5 nitto trail grapplers on the stock 18 inch wheels and very little trimming was needed. all I had to do was cut the front wind deflector shield on the bottom of the front bumper with the stock rims and it cleared the back part of the wheel liner. If you get a wheel with a little bit of an offset your gonna have to cut quite a bit If you decide to run 35s, I had to with mine.

i have 2.5 level kit 1.5 lift block in the rear with nitto trail graplers 295/70/r18 12.5 wide looks sexy as hell give the truck a perfect stance and mean meaty look this is my 2010 f150 xlt and those tires measure 34.5" the 35" tires i realized if u hit a bump while turning the corner of ur bumper will stab into the tire even worse in revers where the bumper tears tread off the tire and it seems that the .5 of and inch seems to eliminate this problem and lets be honest who is going to notice .25 of an inch all the way around and no trimming neededRough country 2.5 in level kit tires?-fuck-yea.jpg

Did you do anything to the rear? Add blocks or anything?
