Rim and tire set up help
Hello all,
If its been answered already please just point me in the right direction. Ive scrolled through alot of these pages and turned up nothing (than again I could be in a daze) I have an '18 with a 4" lift and ridding on 35/12.5/20. Ive heard I could fit a 37" tire with no issues. The front crash bar has been cut and currently have no issues what so ever with rubbing etc. My end goal is to get a little bit more height. I'm wondering should I go with, if the 37's will fit a 17' or 18" rim and what offset etc should I be going with? Just need a little bit more in depth details as tires and rims aint my specialty? Thanks in advance |
I think you need more than a 4" lift to fit 37" tires...I could be wrong.
We have our Prerunner kit ( Similar to the Raptor suspension ) and the trucks sit at around 4" but we need Fiberglass Fenders to clear the 37's. As for offset, I love the look of a 17" with a 0 offset if you are pairing it with either a 35" or 37" 12.5 |
