Default Rancho 4" lift question

I've got a 2013 F150 FX4 and have a 2.5" leveling kit with a 3" block in the back. Lately I've been really tempted to get the Rancho 4" lift but I just got installed some BFG KO2 275/70/18s. I'd rather keep those tires because I just bought them, and don't want to do 35s due to recalibrating the speedometer and re gearing. Does anyone have an idea of how this would look with the 4 inch rancho? Any help would be great

It'll look small.

I think you need to run at least a 315/70 with 4" are larger.

You can also sell the tires and then get new ones.

Alright cool man thanks for the reply. The only reason I don't want 35s is because my 5.0L truck came with the roush 2.3L supercharger on it and I don't have a tuner, so I'm really skeptical about changing parameters and what not.

I don't know if the F150 can do this but with the GMC I had, the trucks computer learned the tire size. I stepped up from a 265-70-18 to a 35x12.5x18 and after about 100 miles or so, the computer recalibrated itself to compensate for the bigger tires on the speedometer. The truck was still slower off the line because of the big mass of the off-road tires.

Ok cool I'll have to see. I called roush and they said that I can go to a ford dealership that does roush recalibration and they'll be able to do that all from their computer (tire size and gear ratio changes) which is the route I might go

I have the same truck, year and engine, and went from a 2.5 level to the 4inch rancho lift. It's actually a 5 inch lift (bigger then the other companies). It wasn't too bad with the 35s but I had to get a tuner installed to recalibrate the speedometer.
