In all actuality they can sue you, just not a lot of chance of winning. But that does mean you now have to pull a lawyer in to defend you. You can sue anyone, anywhere, anytime, for anything, does not mean your going to win however....

im a firm believer of getting permission on use of any land that is not yours. some people including my family make their living from farming and when someone goes rippin and tearing thru your field it can cost you a lot time and money to fix the damage. now granted not everyone uses their property for farming but thats beside the point. point is its common courtesy to at least ask if its okay if you go play in the field worst any respectable person can say is no. i'll admit ive done the same thing when i was young and dumb... granted im still young but not AS dumb i have learned my lesson to ask permission after a night in jail for trespassing. anyway, theres my 2 cents. hope everything works out man

We have around 500acres back home on 3 different tracts of land in east texas,
No signs, but plenty of purple marker, make sure you look out for that as well guys, just as powerful as NO TRESPASSING.
