Default New to lifted trucks

Hi I'm new to Ford and lifted trucks
I lend my girlfriend my truck for the day and when I got it back I noticed that the driver side was riding like if I had a bad strut.
I got off and looked at it and it looks really crooked like if its bent compared to the other side.
I'm guessing I need new front shock absorbers. Any recommendations ? The truck is lifted with what I believe is a 6in rough country lift kit
I've attached pictures of the damage. Please guys help me out

Do you have kicker braces installed? Could it be that she hit a bump or curb and knocked the wheel back a bit?

Kicker braces are extra with a RC lift but a worthy investment.

Granted, I'm reading this through a cracked phone screen... but those photos make it look like both the upper control arm and strut are badly bent.

Check the rear of the truck for a body entangled in the exhaust.

My neck hurts from looking at the pictures you posted.

But it does appear that you have a bent strut.

I'm sorry guys don't know why they uploaded like that
Yeah it looks like I'm going to need new front struts
Any recommendations ?
I think I'm also going to need upper control arms
I think the last owner stacked the rough country spacer on top of another spacer

Get Icons with uniball UCAs, or something similar. Since they need replacing anyway, you might as well upgrade.

Stacked spacers... sloppy/careless.

Just curious if you asked her exactly what she did with (or to) the truck?

I agree.. It's good for off-road use too.
