Mud terrain tires

I'm looking at getting new tires for my truck and I want a good set of mud terrains and was wondering if anyone has maxxis buckshots and liked them. Right now I'm looking at them and Dunlop mud rovers I'm pretty sure they have the same lug pattern but not sure. Any other tire suggestions would be appreciated, thanks

first off.. you think they have the same lug pattern???? last time I checked tires don't have lugs.....

now.. I have buckshots and love them. they can't be stopped, only time I have gotten stuck is when I bottomed out the truck. great tires and wear pretty well.

actually they do that's what they call the rubber pieces of tread they call them lugs but thanks for the info I'm pretty set on the buckshots I think unless a bunch of people say they are terrible but so far I've only heard good things from this forum an other websites

hmm.. never heard of it I guess I stand corrected, but anyways you won't be disappointing in the buckshots, I'm sure not

To be honest I'd never heard it until about 8-10 months ago lol

Here's the website I first saw it on

Can't go wrong with Dynapro MTs. Self-cleaning lugs dig your truck through anything. They are quiet on asphalt and wear great. I'd buy them again.

any "street MT" is going to require a lot of wheel spin to keep them clean. mine bung up with muck real quick (toyo open country MT) and unless you've got it to the mat in at least 2nd gear they dont clean at all.

Althought i guess it depends on the type of mud where you go and how thick.

a real mud tire is a swamper.

If I didn't drive my truck as a daily driver I'd get the bogger

yeah.

just saying dont expect to "dig yourself through anything" with a MT like this. theyre really good; to a point and then ya gotta beat the piss outta the truck lol
