Question Mud terrain tire press info

Replacing OEM wheels and tires with larger aftermarket wheels/press sensors and oversize mud tires which have an 80 MAX PSI rating. No tire professional will give me a recommended press for general everyday highway use for substantially larger tires other than the original OEM normal load recommendation of 35 PSI. I'm guessing 65 PSI, thank you.
