I think the shock picture was meant to show extension, or the added extension (droop) by just loosening the bolts. When tightened the rubber changes shape and clamps down, limiting travel. Poly won't do that but you will need to keep them lubed or they'll squeak.
I just have the mini pack +2 that I'm adding right now so is it possible to add poly bushings to the OEM leaf springs?

Yep. Just google poly bushings for leaf springs.

Just read the above. Is this a simple question?
How do we go about getting max travel while retaining the stock width?
UNI on the front (new UC?) and 10" shocks then for the rear:
Deaver or National leaf springs (~1,200), bypass shocks (~2,200) and a set of bumps stops (~1,200 for frame reinforcement kit with bumps).

10" coilovers won't fit non-Raptors unless you either add a lift (6" IIRC) or add longer UCAs/LCAs. Factory length travel (and factory replacement aftermarket) is 8". Understand that travel is a mechanical function and you do not gain travel by adding longer coilovers, you can only limit travel by using coilovers that are too short - obviously a bad thing.

Front - factory travel for a non-Raptor is 7-8". By replacing your upper control arms with Uniball versions, you gain about 1.5" of droop travel - so figure 9.5ish at the most. If you are 2wd you could probably get an inch or two more with a fabricated/heim setup at factory width.

Rear:

Yes - you don't 'need' the bump kit but it's highly recommended.

Thanks for the answer. For the front, will I gain travel by changing to uniball with the stock shock? What then limits the down travel?

Travel is limited by mechanical bind. You will gain some droop travel with the UNI lower. I don't know if the stock coilover will permit the full 1.5". It might, then again it might not.

Can someone let me know the right direction to start in when looking for these poly bushings for our truck?

Ive been trying for hours now and can't find anything for 2011 F150's, this is the best I've found and it is supposed to be for 96 and older F150's

http://www.summitracing.com/parts/en...rd/model/f-150

not sure what I'm missing and i couldn't find anything on the search on here.

I would think the eyelet size is somewhat universal. To be certain though either measure yours or call Deaver and ask. Hell, call Dave at KHC in NJ.

I might just have to do that so i make sure i get the right ones. The pictures he has of your truck on the KHC site are awesome! I can't stop looking at them and thinking "one day" haha
