Lift kit

Best and cheap really don't go together.
What is your budget? How much lift are you trying to achieve? What is your overall goal?
There are A LOT of suspension components for the F150.
Everything from a simple leveling kits up to full lifts.

Thanks for getting back to me. I am very new to this so I am not sure. I want something that looks more aggressive than the factory height but not planning on jumping the truck on off-road courses. I was thinking of something that would accommodate 18"/20" wheels & between 33"/35" tires as well as level out the stance. As far as budget, nothing that would cost me more than $1k/$1.5k.

Even the cheapest 6" kit will cost more $1k/$1.5k...just for the kit. Labor would definitely put you over that price range. You may do better with a level or up to 3" kit and you can do that yourself to save on the labor.

This is one of the most popular options (link below). I don't have them, so I can't 100% confirm, but I'm pretty sure you'll be able to do what you need to do with these and fit an 18 / 20 inch wheel with at least 33 inch tire.

I have a 2012, but when I installed a 2" leveling (just the spacer type), there was no difference in the ride with the stock tires. The 285/70/17 Duratracs (load range D) I put on a couple years later did stiffen the ride up though.

Leveling kits are cheap for a reason, first of all you WILL lose your cushy factory ride don't let anyone b/s you on that. If you want to retain oem ride you're going to have to use an actual lift kit, there are several brands to choose from. Personally I went with Rough Country and a 4" lift. Now something to note about their kits, they lift the front 4" but the rear only 2" so it levels the truck at the same time and they are the most economical brand lift kit on the market, about $1,000.00 for the kit then you either install it your self or pay someone about the same amount to do it for you and align the front end after.
