Yes, that's definitely a pinch-welded seam. It's strong enough for a couple of people on running boards; it's NOT strong enough to bear the weight of the truck without damage.

Finally got to take the rig out on a good shake down run with the Falcon Shocks. Very happy with the results!

Got the tires dirty and climbed a few hills for the first time. No clearance issues with new BFG 34-10.50-17 on stock suspension. Scrubbed the air dam on some rocks, time to say byebye to that thing.

Looks like you tweaked your front bumper frame horns and bent them a bit.

I know right! It annoys me that the bumper looks crooked but that's how it has been since day 1. There's a couple threads on it and how to fix it (see below). Apparently the 2015+ come from the factory looking like this with varying degrees of "bumper gap." One of these days I'll get around to fixing or replacing it.

I feel like most of 'em are like that. All the ones I see around here have it too. Looks fine to me. Doesn't bother me one bit.

Anyway, great off-road pics. That place looks like a ton of fun. I'd have a blast out there. (I off-road / trail ride with my truck all the time). Hitting the off-road park this weekend... can't wait!

Hey Mark - I sure did. Just drilled some holes for a gromet style LED that looked like the ones that come on Raptors and spliced into the running lights. See link below to album. My next goal is to make my 3rd brake light look like the Raptor style with the 3 red LED running lights.
