No I am not measuring from the tongue. A 35ft boat does not require a triple axle trailer unless it had the weight of a V hull boat. My boat is a catamaran which is much lighter than a V hull. Plus a 35ft trailer is no where out of range for an F250 unless the one you drove is a POS. My boat measures 35ft from bow to stern. Try not to correct people unless your the one posting the photo thx!

I call that Texas pin striping. It should be superficial. It's from where vegetation rubs against the surface, it moves the dust...and it builds up a bit there where you can really see it. Especially at certain angles.
Before heading to the ranch, I like to wax my truck. That lets things (branches, thorns, etc) slide along the truck without scratching it. It will still look like the pictures Juf posted....but the paint isn't really scratched.
