But unlike a good LSD or locker diff where, when locked, both drive wheels see torque, this *simulated* limited slip via traction control/ABS delivers torque to one tire, then the other; just not at the same time.

We were pressed for time and wanted to get some shooting in, or we'd have gone higher up and tried it over some uneven terrain. Next time.
.
I've dug four holes in the ground with my open differentials pulling people. One was a stuck Forklift. Those suckers are heavy for their size.
The other was a jeep who was sliding off of the side of one of the trails. My engine was too loud to hear the others telling me to stop, so they laid on their brakes, and my truck just dig down and pulled a 4Runner and a Jeep.

It seems like the reaction times of the modern ABS are really fast.

Though when climbing a couple of the hard spots I was really wishing for a rear locker. As I was trying to avoid wheelspin to get torque to transfer.

Thanks! I do love the Supercab size. And it fits or two dogs in between our two human seats, so the perfect size for us. There was actually a Supercab raptor out there with us. I didn't get to talk to the guy, but he was squeezing it on the trails.

Width is probably my biggest problem. I have several new scratches down the side of the truck from tree branches sticking into the trail.

Lol. It was pretty sweet. I was expecting to be down and dirty in the mud, but this was a welcome change. My hitch has a new mark, fuel tank skid plate has some marks, a mark on the transfer case skid plate, have some marks under the step rail on the passenger side, and apparently hit a lower control arm. Lol.
