Jack bent after first use. ....FYI
OEM f150 2016 scissor jack bent slightly at end tabs where pin joins upper and lower stamped steel pieces.
I was just evaluating it in my almost level driveway, and now I'm disappointed.
I do a lot of mild off road in utah, nevada, etc. And I have had to change out flats in less than ideal places (incline) with other vehicles.
Highlift is out since the truck will remain stock, and its impossible to use without damage to truck.
Got my eye on a cheap H1 Humvee scissor jack. That sure as hell better be an improvement.
I have had bottle jacks fail. (in my garage, older Chinese made of course)
The aluminum floor jacks are too big and heavy IMO even with a 6.5 truck bed. And these will all eventually fail (hydraulics) too.

The military scissor jack is a great idea. I will have to look into that. Only issue I see is the stab pin. Wonder if one of those aftermarket bottle jack lift pads like this will work?

Needs to safely jack axle tube or frame rail.
The H1 Humvee scissor jack will arrive this weekend ($65).

I purchased one of these and lifted my truck in the garage (before buying a better floor jack that could actually get my truck wheels off the ground) and a lot of times my polaris rzr on weird terrain. One of the highest max heights that I could find at 23" too.

The H1 jack is a good one, but overkill for F150's, and expensive.
RV stabilization jacks... 5000Lb, 30" extension, $40 ea

Perhaps you need to reevaluate current models. Pics for size comparison and weight.
12oz long neck.
Handle is two piece and the whole thing only weighs 26lb.
Refrigerant scale is very accurate. I use the jack every 5k miles to rotate my tires and even used it to install a 4" lift kit. Your concerns are without merit.
Edit: Forgot to mention, I've had it almost 5 yrs now, got it right after I bought my truck, still works like the day I got it.

I just bought a 6 ton hydraulic bottle jack at walmart. It was pretty cheap, but excited to try it out. They had a 12 ton too. Though wasn't sure if it might be too tall for me. I've been using a 2.5 ton hydraulic floor jack I had left over from my Mustang, though I don't like it for my truck cause it's a low profile jack and honestly rather have something more heavy duty for jacking up all the weight up front. Also, always remember to put a spare well or jackstands under your truck when jacking it up, for safety sake.
Also, could we use one of those jeep offroading hilift Jacks with our trucks? Where would we lift from? I might just hunt one down on craigslist if so.
