Default Gear ratio for f150

Hi I have a 2005 f150 4x4 4.6 with an 8 inch lift an 37" tires what kind of gears should I be running?

I would say get at least 4.56s

If you want more power 4.88s or even 5.13s are available but I wouldn't reccomend the 5.13 for a daily driver thats only rolling on 37s.

You won't get good gas mileage on the highway but it's not super extreme. Might be running around 2250-2500 RPM on the highway depending on speed.
