Good recovery strap

Need a good recovery strap. Well this weekend went bad and we only had chains. Needless to say the only way to get me out was yanking and the chain busted. The chain was no match for a f150 burried to the frame and a f250 on 38's

So what are some good recovery strap. For the money and just good straps

Get a steel cable. Have a little more give than a chain. Straps break.

Will it be able to survive a jerk I fell like it would just snap

Don't use a cable to jerk it's to rigid still and flexes your frame in turn moving your bed and body together causing damage... Get a god 20' 3 inch strap and some shackles

Trying to decide between a recovery strap or snatch strap. I know snatch straps are better for jerking ,but how much better is my question

I have these 2 in mind

Either one depends what you do most. I'm just getting a warn winch and a few items to keep in my recovery kit bag.

Yeah I'm leanin tward the snatch strap cause what I've read it's more effective in trying to jerk some one out.
Yeah and a winch would be awesome but very expensive.

USMC_0316_RAIDER 01-13-2013 11:46 PM

Yeah but I am alone a lot so it's way better than a strap with no one to pull against lol
