$ 22-2300 should put you out the door. I was $2750-ish total with a re-gear and a True-Trac.
That was with all new bearings.

Yeah it's not cheap lots a work to do on it especially if it's a four wheel drive. You're looking at ~$1,3000-$1,4000 in parts and then 3-5 hours labor on each diff.
