I have G2s. No noise at all. Lots of Raptors run G2s and I haven't heard of a R&P failure.

OK, so I'm getting gears at some point, probably 4:11. I have 34.5" tires on 17's. I'm thinking this might be a good time for changing/upgrading the LS while its apart? What do you guys recommend? I've read some good reviews on the trutrac unit.

Truetrac, hands down. I love mine. Very positive torque biasing, seamless operation and no clutches to glaze or wear out. Do it.

I think with the '16s being a little lighter, 4.56 should be right on the money. Only go to 4.88s if you are choosing a very heavy tire.

Not sure how much they weight but there the toyo open country M/T 37x13.5x22, another question would the 4.56 give better MPG or no difference between the two?

The difference is about 200rpm between the two gear choices. Most likely your mpg would be a tad better with 4.56s.

Okay thanks. Should I 100% regear? I've got 1500 miles on my truck didn't know if I should wait or what? If so, what gear manufacture would you use, Yukon from what I've read seems to be the best?

Regearing won't have a negative effect, regardless of mileage.
I have G2s but there are other options. As to which is best I don't know.
