frontend 4x4 headache please help

frontend 4x4 headache please help
Hi, i got a 1999 4x4 that the frontend is kicking my butt.. The problem i'am having is on the passenger side the axle tube from the pumpkin to the cv axle keeps breaking .3 in a month their almost 300 from ford gettin expensive.Transfer case is working fine,actuator also works fine. on jack stands can spin tires pull 4x4 lever locks good in and out all day long.put it on the ground will work good 4-5 times then breaks.
