Fox Coil Over Shock adjusting the spring pre-load. Is there a secret to loosening the adjusting nut? I have jacked the truck up to take the weight off and gone trough two spanner wrench's and not getting anywhere? I need to back the springs down, they are set to tall and stiff right now! Any ideas or help? I have found the allen head set screw on the adjuster nut and loosened it, but does it have to come completely out?

agreed, please post any info about these coilovers you can, i'm waiting on the 2014 version to get on the market so they can get on my truck

Well so far no one has been able to loosen the adjuster nut Now they are off the truck and headed to find a spring compressor to hopefully allow the adjuster to turn? We loosened the allen head on the adjuster and still no luck! The springs are too dam tight! Now My question is how far down do I need to turn the adjustable nut on the shock to lower the truck 1.25" ?

These are turning out to be a pain in the *** Maybe should of went with My first choice "ICON"
