I had a 92 ford f250 with a bad case of wobbles after an exhaustive search it was found to have cracked frame just above the driverside axle pivot point. it was not easy to find it was looked at by more than one suspension guy whom all missed it. I found it by scraping grease and crap out of the way and there is was. I am not saying that was the cause of the wobbles but it sure could contribute. I unloaded it to the same dealer who sold it to me so I don't know if the cause was ever found.

I would invest in a steering stabilizer. I have an 85 4x4 with the ttb set up, a stabilizer helps immensely with wobble and bump steer. Anything past that with the amount of work and troubleshooting you’ve been doing I would have a shop diagnose.
