Breather Vent Extensions

Breather Vent Extensions
So I went to Advance Auto the other other day and picked up 10ft of rubber tubing to extend my front and rear diff breather vent tubes. That got me thinkin if there were any other breather vents besides on the front and rear diffs that I should extend as well.
So my question is,
Besides the front and rear diffs does anything else (transmission, transfer case, etc) have a breather tube that I should also extend.
Also does anyone know where I can by the mini K&N Breather Vent Filters? (Advance doesn't sell them)
The reason for extending the breather vents is because I do a good amount of muddin and water crossing and I don't want to screw anything up. So any other precations, warnings, or things to do before going on my next adventure are welcome.
