Default Question on XD Rockstar vs. Moto Metal 951's

Looking to replace my 2010 FX4 stock rims with XD Rockstar Black or Moto Metal 951's. My question stems from my previous F150 on which I had Mickey Thompsons. One day when washing the truck myself, I sprayed a wheel cleaner on the rims which ended up ruining them. Pulled the coating right off of them. So my question to you all is whether or not you know of any problems with either the Rockstars Black (which I believe are matte) or the Moto Metals. Ever heard of either one having problems with the typical wheel cleaners you would buy over the counter, or the cleaners used in your standard car wash, such as AutoBell?

Or any other reason you would recommend one or the other, besides looks (I think I'd be pretty happy with the looks of either)?

I had the black Moto Metal 951 on my 06 and never had a issue. I usually just wash them with soap, water, brush and rag. The thing to watch for is the center caps at your lack shop. I had a few careless techs balancing my wheels who broke a couple of them when removing my wheels. I just removed them before taking the truck to the shop to avoid the problem.

Here's a photo of mine after 98,000 miles on the truck.

Are those 20" wheels with 33" tires? Thinking about going that route on the new truck as I won't be lifting it as high as the old one. Thanks.

Got it. That's probably close to the same amount of sidewall a 33" tire would have on a 20" wheel. Nice set up.

So after much bought I think I am going to go with XD Monsters actually. I am told they come in plus 12 or 18 offsets. Anybody have a recommendation either way?
