Best coilover height

Following up with this, just got the Kings installed and took off my POS Fox 2.0s.
The first great thing is my truck doesn't sound like an old mattress squeaking down the road anymore. I've only driven them around town so far but they feel great. I'm taking them on some logging roads in a couple of weeks where I plan to run the hell out of them and see how they fair. I'll report back on how they do.

Tomorrow is the day I'm taking them on an 80km logging service road filled with washboard and potholes. I'll report with how they do!
On the street they've been great, I don't have my sway bar on and the difference when taking corners is night and day compared to the Fox 2.0s without the sway bar. It almost feels like the sway bar is back on the truck it turns that much nicer.

Alright so after my 80km logging road rip I can confirm these shocks are legit. Washboard and potholes that made me come to a crawl with the Fox 2.0s were soaked up beautifully, and I could stay in control without slowing down, all while not feeling like the truck was going to fall apart lol. To put it in perspective, with the Fox shocks this road would take me about 1.5+ hours to finish, with the Kings it was 1 hour 10 mins, and I'm sure I could have done it in an hour but there's too many blind corners and it's an active logging road so there's lots of one lane bridges to stop for. It took me awhile to stop bracing myself at a nasty looking run of potholes and prepare for a huge bump only for the truck to soak it up and keep on going.
I can only imagine how well this truck will be with deaver springs now so that will most likely be next
The only time it felt bumpy was climbing a big steep hill where I wasn't moving very quick, the back end was jumping because it was empty which I think the deavers would help with

Thanks so much for the report on the Kings. I will be pulling the trigger on these for myself in these next few days. Having your report gives me confidence. Plus it is nice to have someone promise to give a report on an upgrade, and then actually deliver a report on the upgrade! Thanks!

Pair those kings with a UCA kit from camburg, brenthel/bajakits, dirt King, etc... Will help wheel cycling and add about 1.5" travel without binding your factory UCA's which are the limiting factor in a coilovers setup albeit king/icon/fox adjustables(high-end) to Bilstein/Rancho/pro comp adjustables(low-end).

Do you have any pictures of your setup? I’d like to do the same setup but maybe use 1.5”-2” of lift from the Kings, if it’s even possible... Would love to have a plush but firm street ride, if you know what I mean.

These are all I have of it right now. I love the look and the way it rides. Firmer and more planted on the street, better steering feel and it destroys bumpy roads. We have some pretty nasty washboarded roads up to our cabin and this set up is so good.
