Go on eBay and look up used mud tires there are some 37" mud tires look almost new only $400.

I got mine for 410 per tire the nitto trail grapplers brand new at discount. But if that 400 for all 4 dang that's a deal

Probably found used 37" military goodyears for $400 for 4.

If you are talking about these, It's pretty clear where they came from. If my truck could even run 16.5" rims I would probably be all over that deal.

decent price but not alot of people run 16.5 in wheels and they are really stiff sidewall tires i wouldnt want to run them on a DD
