4.10 is closer to stock ratio, but keep in mind that you have a lot more rolling mass from the added weight of heavier tires and in most cases heavier aftermarket wheels. The 4.56 will put you about 6% faster than stock, which helps to make up for the added rolling mass and is especially helpful if you drive uphill or at elevation at all. I went with 4.56 ratio for 35s.
