37s on my 14 year old f150,the truck has been in mud at least 100 times, extremely deep mud. hit holes going 50 mph, truck has been jumped several feet etc. Only thing in the front end I have ever broke was a CV axle. $75 later It was back in the mud.
Mine is going on 40s and I'll rarely treat it like that after I get them lol.

As for the question,on 10th gens you can clear 37s with a 3" body lift,so I assume the 6" will be enough on a 12th gen

^^^ definitely a question of clearance and usable travel comes into play here I've had 33&35s on multiple trucks and 38s on a few and the smallest lift i used for 38s clearing them properly was 9" that was 38x15.50r15 mud graps
id recommend you don't stuff a tire like that under and try to flew you'll have no fenders or steering left but hey what do i know i like my articulation multiple occasions I've tucked 33s completely into my fender and not had an issue but I was sitting with 5" of lift and jumped that truck and took it in mud on the reg not with this one I'm on 4" and 33s soon to be 35s and 6" but still same concept applies and same uses

What would be different in that kit than the standard 6"?? Coil spacer?

They explain it on their website. They state theirs is a true 6" whereas others are really about a 4 1/2".
"Choose the Zone Offroad 6" Suspension System to lift your 2009-2013 Ford F150 and clear up to a 37" tire. Competitors will tell you how they maintain the factory ride, but Zone Offroad has stepped up the game by including new coil-over struts custom valved for larger tires, improved ride, and optimal handling.

A 3-point differential mounting system drops and rotates the front differential to bring the CV shafts and driveshaft back to factory operating angles. Visually compare the Zone Offroad porterhouse knuckles to the chuck roast of the competition. Salivate over the fully cast, CNC machined, and resonant frequency tested knuckles that correct the tie rod and ball joint geometry with no track width change. Heavy main crossmembers are included with your meal and are locked solid with a differential skid plate. Choose your side of rear shock, and we'll fill in the rest with a 5" dual pin block kit that offsets the axle closer to the center of the wheel well compared to a standard setup."
