Default 35x11.50 Nitto Ridge Grapplers 2009 F-150

1st post. Thanks to forums I made a decision on my new wheels and tires. I have a 2009 F-150 XLT Crewcab Stepside. Running a 2.5 inch Level kit in the front. I had 20x8.5 stock wheels and 275/65r2 Coopers. I wanted a more aggressive look. I see a lot of posts asking what the biggest tire I can put on my truck is. Hope this helps you out. I went with Raptor 1057 black wheels, 20x9 with a false beadlock +0 offset and 35x11.50 Nitto Ridge Grapplers, which is a hybrid between AT and MT. These tires are amazingly smooth and super quite on the road. Best tires I have owned. Had to trim the corners of the plastic piece on the bottom of front bumper...That's all. The 35" tire did not effect my speedometer and gas mileage decline was minimal... anyway I hope this helps those who struggled and researched like I did.

Looks good bud! I'm about to throw a set of the Ridge Grapplers in 35 / 12.50 / 18 on my 2012 soon as I install a lift in a week or two and from everything I've read / researched ( and I research parts a LOT before I buy ) the Ridge Grapplers are awesome.

Looks great, you may not know it, but this definitely had an effect on your speedometer, check with a gps app on your phone to see how accurate the gauge is before you get a ticket.

They do fine on wet roads. My brother in law is a cop and I got him to radar me. They had no effect on my speedometer

I drove mine through the WI winter, they did perfectly fine. I would say they felt as good as my KO2s in the snow.

Looks awesome man! Could you take a measurement from the top of the tire to the ground? Like hold a level to the top of the tire and measure down from the level so it is accurate. I'm wondering what the true height is on these!

Nice look and stance. Do you have any rubbing? How much trimming was required? Crash bar modification?

Thank you.
