Default 35s with RC 2in lvl?

Currently have a 2014 f150 XLT 4x2. I have a RC 2 inch level on it. I also have Moto Metal 970 wheels with 0 offset. Can I run 35s on these?

Or do I need to jack up the real on 1 inch block?

I run 315 70/17(34.8") on Raptor wheels on my 2011.

I have a level in front and stock rear. I experience zero rubbing front or rear.

i have 35x12.50r18 federal couragia MTs on my 2012 xlt with 2 inch rough country. minor rubbing of felt fender liner and lower plastic valence on front bumper but after a quick trim no rubbing anywhere. I should say that i am running a procomp wheel with 0 offset and 5 inches of backspacing.

pic for reference:

On a 2wd your going to need a minimum 4" lift which is what I run on my 2wd 35x12.50x18 BFG K02's and -12 offset American Racing wheels, if you had a 4wd you could get away with it as they sit approx. 2" higher than a 2wd to begin with. I also had to trim a little plastic under the front bumper.

You also have a 4x4 and oem wheels, the offset is +44, when you get wheels that stick out such as the op and I both have, you need more lift to clear without rubbing when turning.
