Should be possible, with aftermarket fenders and/or a lot of trimming. What year F150 are you talking about?

That's what I was thinking.
I'm talking about year 04 to 08.
Hoping to buy one very soon

Ps: Here is the lift that I'm looking at buying
I do find it odd that it won't fit the fx4 model

I've had good experience with the add-a-leaf kit on my Jeep XJ

Not going to fit without major mod’s and the gears are not going to like 37’s either.

-I don't mind trimming fenders
-I'm planning on upgrading the suspension with raptor parts
-Regearing is possible but I'm not sure how to do it with IFS

Oooh..
Isn't it possible to upgrade them ?
Most f150's I've seen already ride on 35's..

35's and 373's is doable.. (rather do 4.56's)

37's and 373's isn't doable... you will kill the motor.

if you're going 37's put 4.88's

Alright and what do I need to do to use the 4.88's ?
Which gear brand is recommended ?

I doubt it would kill the motor but all the gear hunting will kill the transmission.

That is everything you need to re-gear both front and rear axles.
