Question 3" leveling @ fat Bobs?

What do you all think of this. What should I expect from this and what are the pro/cons?

I mainly drive on road, but ocassionally.....very ocassionally....travel on the off road trail. I want to keep my 18" stock wheels w/bridgestone dueler at revos....and not look like I have 13" tires or what have you.

I was looking for something that would add a little lift without having to worry about other components fitting or adjustment.

Will this work?

I have a 2006 F150 screw 4x4 lariat...

I would stick to a 2.5" kit max to keep the angles somewhat decent and preventing the CV's and other parts from wearing too fast.

what about this one? I just want a little more clearance in the front and level the truck.

Does anyone have suggestions for a product/source?

That will work fine. Autospring also makes some good ones and they might be a little cheaper.

I put the 3" fat bobs leveling kit on my truck, the one that is the solid aluminum spacer, except when I put it on, me and my buddy stacked it on top of the black piece that came factory w/ the truck and NOW I am almost 100% we should not have done that lol the front of my truck is now higher than the back and my angles are ridiculous but I am pretty sure if I was to take off the factory black piece that was on top of the coil spring it would look alot better.

I have installed a leveling kit on an 07 f-150 and I would suggest a kit that goes into the strut itself. It is harder to install and need spring compressors to do it, but the ride quality is a lot better afterwards. http://www.suspensionconnection.com/...con/22905.html I am pretty sure that this is the kit, it says retain factory ride but the suspension is a little stiffer but it corners a lot nicer.

That is going to be about the only way to level the newer F150's is the coil spacer considering we don't have torsion bars we can go crank to make it higher, just fyi.

Well there is the spacer that goes on the coil, and theres a spacer that goes above the whole strut assembly. The one that goes on the coil you have to disassemble the strut to install it. The other style bolts on top of the whole strut and you don't have to disassemble the strut. As far as I know those are the only two methods, can't see there being any other way unless you drop the whole front end assembly down...
