I have the same RC 2.5 inch leveling kit with stock 18 inch wheels on 2013 STX and have had no issues since the first day with 295/70r18 Cooper STT Pros. I also have a ProComp AAL in the back.

I have almost the exact truck as F-150hunter in bronze. I'm gonna add a 2.5" level kit and the same size tires. I already added air bags on the rear for towing. Hope mine turns out as nice as this one. Any issues with this since you've had it for quite a while now? I don't suppose you remember how much rake you had before the level kit do you? I have right about 3" difference from rear to front. 40 1/4" rear and 37 1/4" front. +/- 1/4" depending on the spot I'm measuring to.

The truck had the leveling kit on it when I got it so unfortunately I can't help on that one.
I actually just took the M-16s off the truck last week after ~ 30,000 miles. (I put a lot of miles on my truck.) I took some images of the tires shown below after 30K. They still have usable tread as you can see but did start to get a touch shaky on the pavement.
I replaced them with slightly smaller Swamper IROK NDs. The ND is my favorite Swamper for a daily driver. There are a few that work better off road but neither the TSL LTB and the TSL SX have horrible highway manners.
The IROK NDs and the M-16s both have very good road manners and when new I would say the NDs are slightly smoother but both have great road manners. Off road the NDs have a definite edge over the M-16s. The M-16s clear fairly well on the sides but clog bigtime in the mud down here. The side spaces are generally enough to keep you going but all of the NDs clear with very little centripetal force. For that matter the image below was an idle test run through a thick sticky mudflat with no spin put on the tires at all and they still stay mostly clear. It surprised me a little that they also did much better in sand at full inflation.
Between the two I would go with the NDs everyday and twice on Sundays. That said they can be difficult to find at times. Last year I simply could not find NDs anywhere in the size I needed. This year they were on "clearance" so not sure how available they will be in the future.
For the record I didn't go with a size smaller because of any issues running the 295s but did it because they don't make a 295 in the ND. The set of four NDs in the 285 were $400 less than the M-16s and the Goodyear Wrangler MTRs which was my other consideration.
Hope the update helps.
