Cool.

I think you can private message on here. I'll PM you guys in a bit with my cell and a general timeframe when I'll try to be down there. That day we can just shoot a text with our GPS marker on Google Maps and hopefully find each other at some point.

Chimmike... you good for sometime in the afternoon?

Great meeting you guys on Saturday!

Chimmike, I had a great time running through those trails. Thanks for pushing me to do that washout! Photo below is from a screenshot of the video. Now I wish we took some video of those 20-foot high rooster-tails! Haha! That was awesome. If the videos I took of you didn't come through or they're huge, lemme know. I was able to compress them and can email smaller ones.

Allenfab, good meeting you man. Your truck and run through that washout was wild. I thought that blonde girl was gonna roll her truck for sure! You guys have some crew!

The pics below are from Citrus, a photo from up by my hunting property, and an awesome sunset coming out of Tractor Supply!

Nice meeting you too Paul! The washout was fun! These things are pretty freakin' capable stock.

Your upgraded suspension was far superior to my stock crap, that was certainly apparent. I think 5100s are in order shortly.

We'll all have to go out there or to hard rock sometime. I have to install my skidplates, but then i'll be an FX4 more or less

I got the videos, they came out great! Thanks! the ecoboost is too quiet, haha. I gotta get some more sound outta those spooling turbos.

Did I mention I have 3.31 gears? lol!

Haha, man your truck did great... stock suspension, gears, and all! It's all in the confidence!

I'm guessing 90% of any ride quality difference is in the large amount of tire sidewall I have with those tires on 18" rims. Like I mentioned there, I'm pretty much bone stock suspension. I have the exact setup as you up front (stock struts / stock coil springs -- the whole assembly just lifted to clear bigger tires), and the back is stock leaf springs. The only thing added is the Fox rear shocks because most aftermarket shocks are too short for that size lift. But there's a lot of cushion in those sidewalls. For all I know though, mine rides the same as yours!... I go fast regardless of the ride! Haha. You're welcome to take mine for a little spin next time we're out to see if you can see any difference.

And yeah, I gotta look into skidplates or at least an upgraded rear diff cover!

All good! I knew you were gonna be wheelin' with your Tacoma crew... was cool just to say a quick hello. Yeah, let's head out there again some time for sure.

Truck looks great. Do you have any pics of the front end trimming that needed to be done? I always hear about people doing some trimming but I do not know exactly what gets trimmed. Just plastic pieces? Crash bars in this situation?
