Default 2013 F150 4WD Bilstein 5100 Leveling shocks

I want to replace my 2" level kit spacers with Bilstein 5100 Leveling shocks. I've searched the interned up and down for a installation video for installing these on a F150 and CANNOT find anyting!! They sure do have lots of video's of installation on every other vehicle, but not an F150... WHYYYYY!!?

pretty simple, hardest part is compressing the springs once the coilover is off the truck.
What exactly are you looking for?

Well I put the 2" spacer leveling kit "1-3/4" spacer" but it isn't quite level. I don't want to go with any bigger spacer than 2" due to the stretching of everything. So I'm debating going with the 2" Bilstein 5100 leveling shocks for a better ride and I hear it puts everything in less of a bind and allows better wheel travel.

You will get a better ride but you will not gain more wheel travel.

You're still going to be stretching the control arms just as far by going with the bilsteins. They will ride a little better than stock with a spacer though. But you wont be fixing the suspension geometry by doing so, it will be the same as the equivalent spacer size.
